Charles J. Cashion Joins iDiverse’s Board of Directors
Del Mar, CA, May 1, 2007 – iDiverse today announced that Mr. Charles J. Cashion has joined John Burr, Dan Chambers, and John Serbin as a member of iDiverse’s board of directors.
“We are very pleased that Mr. Cashion has agreed to join our board of directors,” said John Burr, president and CEO of iDiverse. “Mr. Cashion brings an immense amount of experience in finance and raising money for both large and small pharmaceutical companies. He adds a needed dimension to our board and we look forward to his contributions in helping us grow our company.”

Mr. Cashion is Sr. VP, CFO, and Co-founder of Conatus Pharmaceuticals in San Diego, CA. He has 30+ years experience in finance mainly at the senior executive level. Mr. Cashion has raised several hundreds of millions of dollars in private and public financings and has participated in the acquisition of companies and technologies. He received his MBA and BS degrees from Northern Illinois University.
